Getting hassle free and durable flooring is extremely crucial before we decide to start renovating our home. Why? If you ask this question, you are obviously not the one who does the housework. The reason is simple – we always spend a lot of time and effort in keeping our homes clean and neat.

Hence, choosing a more durable and fuss free flooring makes a lot of difference! But how can you be so sure that the flooring which you chose now will not become a burden instead in time to come? In this post, we are going to show you the perfect flooring solution – Luxurious Resilient Flooring (LURF).

But do you know what makes LURF so special compared to other vinyl in the market?

The answer lies in the SUPERIOR PROTECTION AGAINST SCRATCHES & STAINS!

The revolutionary sealed top layer with Scratch and Stain Guard technology lets you enjoy your LURF floor for many years. The sealed top layer helps avoid dirt and stains. And because of their waterproof surface layer you can simply clean them with a wet cloth, keeping the planks safe and sound all the time.

THE GOLDEN RULES OF LURF CLEANING

These daily care and maintenance tips will keep your LURF floor in mint condition for many years.

  1. Remove all loose debris from the floor by using a vacuum cleaner or sweeping brush. Then clean the floor on a regular basis with the Quick-Step Livyn advised cleaning agent diluted in water. Use the cap of the bottle to measure two capfuls of cleaner. Add them to a bucket of lukewarm water.
  2. Wipe the floor with a damp, non-fluffy cloth or mop which has been dipped in the water with the cleaning product.
  3. Wipe the floor off with a dry cloth until no moisture is visible on the floor.

HOW MUCH WATER IS TOO MUCH WATER FOR CLEANING LURF?

Frequency is the key to determining how much water is too much. If your floor is repeatedly exposed to excessive amounts of water — in the kitchen, for instance — the joints and edges won’t be able to take it, possibly damaging your floor and underfloor.

When cleaning, make sure your mop isn’t soaking wet to avoid moisture from penetrating your LURF floor covering.

Carefree enjoyment – that’s what our LURF floors are all about.
