Executive, Experience Center

Job Description

The Executive, Experience Center, manage and promote the experience centre to achieve profitability objectives. Solicit new walk-in customers from all possible channels and maintain existing customers’ satisfaction level. Recommend and execute effective marketing and promotion programmes to generate customer awareness and sales.

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with each customer that begin with the quality of their welcome when they walk into the showroom and is extended beyond the visit and transaction itself.
  • Identifying the needs of our customers, and to engage with them in offering professional suggestions to make the right flooring choice.
  • Follow up promptly with internal and external customers to provide accurate and timely information, alternatives, and solutions to improve service excellence and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ level/Nitec equivalent.
  • Preferably with sales experience.
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality.
  • Hard worker with a positive “Can Do” attitude.
  • Sales driven with positive mindset and strong drive to succeed.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (in order to maintain and develop relationships with existing and new Mandarin speaking customers).
  • Able to work on weekends.

Sales Coordinator

Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing a helping hand to the Sales team to deliver the highest service standard to our customers. This role will enable you to improve on your critical skills such as coordination, patience and going above and beyond in all tasks and situations. You will be joining a team of energetic and hardworking colleagues in a dynamic environment which offers you the opportunity to play a vital role and make a difference in the Company. You will gain insights into the flooring industry with the opportunity to build a career experience with one of the top flooring companies in Singapore.

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Planning and Warehouse to address and resolves customer issues and requests efficiently.
  • Manage daily customer orders by receiving, and processing orders to ensure compliance with customer specifications and meeting organization service standard timeline.
  • Establishes excellent customers relations and becoming an expert in collecting and analysing customer’s feedback to improve organizational processes.
  • Compiling data and transforming it into useful information for the improvement of operational processes.

Requirements

  • NITEC/Diploma in Administration or Business Studies.
  • Proficient in Ms Office and Excel.
  • At least 2 years of working experience.
  • Strong analytical and calculation skills.
  • Excellent coordination and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a team player.

Manager, Client Relationship

Job Description

We are looking for energetic, highly driven team players to be part of our growing Client Relationship team. In this role, you are responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company and its clients. Key responsibilities include conducting sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of the company’s products or services, and revisiting existing clients to reinforce relationships, gather feedback, and identify new business opportunities.

By providing proactive support and consistently high service standards, the Client Relationship Manager drives client loyalty and contributes to the company’s long-term success.

General Duties & Responsibilities

  • Pursuing new customers to increase the customer base, and providing onboarding support and training for these new customers.
  • Engaging and building relationships with new and existing customers to improve product adoption across the full range of products to achieve personal sales targets.
  • Offer pre-/post-sale services and solutions.
  • Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
  • Collate and update management on market and competitors’ activities, and to provide insights into market trends and development.
  • Participate and assist in corporate marketing events, activities, and training for customers.

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ level/Nitec equivalent.
  • Preferably with sales experience.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a proven track record.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to maintain and develop relationships with existing and new. Mandarin-speaking customers).
