How long has Floor Xpert been around?

We’ve been fortunate to serve Singapore since 2010. What began as a small family’s dream has blossomed into what Floor Xpert is today, thanks to the trust and support of our community. Along this journey, our exclusive partnership with Quick-Step in Singapore, which began then and continues now, has been truly special. We share a deep respect for the craft and a belief in always striving for something better, not just in the floors we offer, but in the way we care for our customers. Every step of the way, from those early days to now, we’ve been driven by a simple desire: to bring quality and care into your spaces.

What types of flooring do you offer?

We provide flooring solutions for both indoor and outdoor spaces, ranging from our iconic LURF® (Luxurious Resilient Flooring), Hybrid Wood Flooring, Wood Flooring, zSNAP.DECK outdoor decking, Microcement, Engineered Stone tiles, and more.

Do you sell flooring for self-installation?

While we supply the flooring, we also handle the installation. This allows us to guarantee that the final result reflects the quality and craftsmanship we’re known for.

Can I get an estimate for my flooring project without any charge?

Absolutely! We’re happy to provide you with a free, no-obligation estimate for your project. Please share the specifics with us here, and we’ll be glad to help you get started.

Do you provide in-home consultations or measurements?

Yes. To arrange an in-home consultation and measurement, please provide your project details here, and we’ll be in touch.

Besides the flooring, do you carry accessories like trimmings and skirtings?

Our pricing includes essential accessories. When you purchase flooring from us, skirting and underlay foam (if required) are included, along with supply and installation services.

Help! Can you guide me on choosing the right flooring style and colour?

We’d love to help. The best way to get personalized advice is to make a showroom appointment here. If you bring along any material samples or photos of your interior, we can provide tailored recommendations.

Do you provide financing options?

We understand that investing in new flooring is a big decision, which is why we offer zero-interest financing to simplify your purchase. Choose to pay for your floors over 3 months with Atome or up to 12 months with your OCBC credit card.

Do you sell cleaning products specifically for flooring?

Definitely! We offer a range of cleaning kits and solutions designed for our flooring. You can explore them all here, or for a more thorough clean, consider our professional deep cleaning service.

Will your installation team move my furniture for me?

We provide furniture shifting services during the installation of flooring. However, there will be additional charges.

Where is your showroom located?

Our showroom is located at 71 Tannery Ln, #02-02 City Industrial Building, Singapore 347807.

What are your showroom hours?

We’re open every day! Our showroom hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 10PM – 5PM
  • Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 10PM – 5PM

Do I need an appointment before I visit the showroom?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend making an appointment beforehand. This helps us ensure someone is available to give you our full attention and the best possible service during your visit.

Is your showroom kid-friendly?

Yes, children are welcome in our showroom! We have a designated children’s area to make their visit more enjoyable.

Can I bring my pets over?

Your pets are always welcome here! To help us create a relaxed and comfortable environment for everyone, including your wonderful companion, we kindly request that you let us know if you plan to bring them with you. This allows us to make any necessary arrangements.

What parking options are available for visitors?

For your convenience, parking is available in our building’s private car park. Limited street parking is also an option.

How do I get there by public transport?

To reach us by public transport, the most convenient MRT station is Mattar Station (DT25). From Exit A, it’s a short 10-minute walk. You can also find several bus stops in the vicinity.

Is your showroom wheelchair accessible?

We strive to make our showroom welcoming to everyone. To that end, we provide lifts and maintain flat terrain, with just a few small platforms. If needed, there’s plenty of room to park a wheelchair.
